Leadership Team

Scott Von Luft
Scott joined CCFI in May of 1998 after graduating from the University of Southern California with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Business. He has worked in all departments of the company including sales and purchasing which gives him unique insight into what makes the company tick. His primary responsibilities are to ensure all lines of business within the organization are running efficiently and within budget.

Stacey Roselli
Stacey Roselli started working with Custom Chemical Formulators, Inc. during the summer of her high school years. She learned the ins and outs of the company by working as a Customer Service Rep, Laboratory Assistant, and on the filling line. Once she graduated from the University of Southern California with a BA in Psychology in May of 1995 she began working in the sales department.
Since 1996 she has been in charge of all major accounts, sales management and marketing for the company. Sales have continued to grow year over and have close to doubled since her start with the company. Through an innovative growth strategy and outstanding customer referrals, the customer base has expanded to well over 300 accounts.
She has been involved with both the ISSA and NACD associations and continues to further her sales education with Sandler Sales training and has been a member of Vistage. As a member of the ownership, she shares in the desire to grow the company with an emphasis on continual improvement. In her spare time, she enjoys vacationing with her husband and two daughters.

Ida Mariam
Ida joined CCFI in July of 1993 and brought with her 13 years of experience with major chemical manufacturers in technical service, quality control, and product research. She is responsible for quality control as well as regulatory reporting and functions.
